John B. Wagner
Managing Partner and CIO
Mr. Wagner has been managing convertible portfolios since 1987 and oversees the portfolio management team. He continues to manage a portion of Camden’s convertible arbitrage book. Prior to founding Camden in 1991, Mr. Wagner worked as a Portfolio Manager at Westridge Capital focusing on convertibles, index and warrant arbitrage. Mr. Wagner has a BA in Physics from UCLA, MS in Physics from UCLA, and an MSEE in Physics from UCLA.
